lasyt,

Hi and welcome,

I did this program without medication to start. It was a big help. But I am on medication now and along with this program I am doing better. I have had a few small setbacks, but without the CBT and medication they would have been huge setbacks.

Welcome ladyt,

I am sorry to hear about the panic attacks you have been experiencing. As you are experiencing panic attacks so often you might want to talk to your doctor about medication as well. Research shows medication, alongside CBT, has the best results.
That being said, medication is not required for CBT to work.

What are your thoughts?
