You don't understand how CBT works. It doesn't stop the stress in your life it makes it unimportant to the point it has no affect on you. It is still there and always will be, you just learn to treat it different.
Having all the stress that is in your life have no affect 80% of the time is considered a success. I am up to better than 95%. Reducing the things that stress you definitely helps but done right you don't have to become a hermit and drink only water. I had four cups of coffee and enjoyed every one of them.

Hi guys,

moving out west didn't work for me job wise, so I'm going back to the east coast. I'm not looking forward to being back in the city, but my folks said neither are they so we are looking at homes in the nice suburban like countryside. I'm still battling my driving phobia, it's been over 6 months now. I'm not sure how it'll be when I get back, and I have 2 people picking me up at the airport so that 1 can sit in the car with me cuz there is no way I can drive alone through 3 towns (long story on the car). I have definitely improved in the past 6 months on the driving, but not as much as I like. I notice when my parents are off my back about this and that I drive more. When they are more encouraging and not criticizing or talking about the future I can get in the car and drive somewhere new, even if it's only a few miles.

I am wondering who here has had their Candida tested? I've gained  15 lbs of belly fat very quickly within 5 months.
For those who had their Candida tested (blood or stool?) What were the results of your candida testing? Has anyone had rapid weight gain? I take VERY, VERY, VERY tiny dose of mirtazapine.
I've had just about everything else under the sun tested.

Also, has anyone here CURED their anxiety disorder or have reduced it by up to 75%?
