Davit,
I agree what you wrote in your post and in fact I disagree to my post to a big extent.Yet I wanted to share with you there is hardly any natural positive flow  in my  thought pattern .I want to think positive but find difficult.I want to remain free from confusion but it comes in my daily life.I want to take decisions but finds difficult.
Its all due to my past failures & experiences.
So then I took one decision; stay away from instances which causes you anxiety.Yet I am not happy.Because I feel my self incapable of accepting challanges & it then causes me anxiety & depression.
Hope your positive advice will help me to break this negative core belief.

Rohit, that is coping not cured.

Cara, cured is when you have enough positives in memory to bury the negatives so you access positives first. You will know this when your mind automatically gives you a positive because it can't find a negative without extensive digging.
Mood and attitude play a big part on the choice your memory gives you. It just happens. one day you just discover you are thinking different. Cured is when there is nothing there to use relaxation and coping against.
Core beliefs and surroundings are two of the stumbling blocks in the way of doing this.

Cara,
My experience of life reflects that anxiety is only manageable but not curable.I am still not able to control properly my disturbed thought process. The only cure to anxiety according to me is to compromise with situations & only a balanced exposure to situations which cause you anxiety.
