Nice thread Rohit.
I also meditate twice daily, like Gailerina.
After I figured out my negative beliefs, I made new core beliefs, opposite to them.
At night, for each of my 3 new core beliefs, I write an example of the new one, re-enforcing each one as I go to bed.
An example would be "I am persevering". I would like tonight, how I was persevering during the day. Then I move onto the next new core belief, "I am likeable", and list an example.
Gailerina works with human resources, and probably has more insight into how people interview, and how it relates to this process somehow.
I know for job hunting I'd list situations, impact and response(I think I forgot something that starts with a "t" for the acronym "STAR").
When hiring, employers used to look for competencies, such as "persevering", so if I were looking for a job, I certainly have a long list of little acts showing each core belief. The truth is, employers look for larger scale situations with complexity...
I didn't realize I had this goldmine of little situations and my Word document says it's 27 pages long, and over 3000 words. Remember that it's done one day at a time, small steps at a time. I started it on august 2011, so it's just a long Word wordprocessed document.
I feel better about writing this, since I often compare myself to others, and feel inadequate.
