How´s it going?

I feel like I am slipping with all this stress.

I'm trying to remember to do the CBT exercises, but it is hard.

I'm seeing a house Monday and I hope I can rent it and give in my 30 day notice. For I believe one way or another the leasing manager will find a way to get us out.

If all else fails, maybe my mom and sister can go stay with my uncle and me with a friend until I can get it all figured out. Our stuff can go into storage until I find a place.

I hate all this. My life was simple until this woman starting attacking us when we resigned our lease. I had no issues whatsoever. All over being able to rent the apartment at a maybe hundred dollars more a month.

There are a few high glycemic foods I use so it is a juggling act to not get them all in a row. I'm trying to balance them with 0 glycemic foods. It is hard because even vegetables have an index of 10 which is below 50 alright but there is still the matter of volume. Soup takes care of this to some extent. In time I think it will just become subconscious, just like the CBT is now.

My friend Peter is going to pick up stuff for me at the hardware today. Not being able to do these things for myself is adding to the stress load but I am glad of my friends and also that the stores will package things so they only have to pick them up. Thank God for Visa and charge accounts.

Still working on the diet and doing my daily exercise. I vacumned and cleaned the house all day on Tuesday. Yesterday I did a one hour walk at the mall and today I did 45 minute one. So tonight I have run out of gas and am a bit tired. Tomarrow I plan on resting up a bit..I may do my swap meet walks this weekend..or maybe I'll do the lake instead..

Who knows....

It is warming up again but supposed to snow.

One neighbour picked up my groceries, and another picked up my pills so I didn't have to go out. I would have but this way it left me more time to do some cooking and cleaning. I still need to bring in some firewood but that won't take much. And of course there is still laundry to do. There always is. Tomorrow Peter will pick up kitty litter for me and BBQ starter for lighting my stove.

Salmon casserole for supper. Good for a few meals.

Hi Gailerina,
I'm sorry to hear your conflict with renting.  I hope things work out.  Knowing your rights through a lawyer helps, just to get clarity.  It's a tough time to be going through this sort of thing, since Christmas is coming and there is a frenzy towards and past the new year.

I went off the deep end today.  The roofers next door starting pitching stuff all over the place, including into my parent's roses, and on the hydro lines.  I made a bunch of telephone calls, to ask about the "what if" situations I was afraid of(like "what if they don't clean up", "what if they do damage"(I took pictures, and was afraid of our screens on our windows being punctured, since they should have been covered, and won't be washed, I'm certain), etc.).  None of this should materialize, I'm sure, although the workers don't have a truck with business information, so I was asked to take the license plate.

Hopefully I'll be less of a basketcase tomorrow morning.

So I'm looking for a new place to live and I have until December 1st to give a 30 day notice to avoid the average 2 month rents penatly fee for breaking a lease. I've had it with this place and the regional manager basically calling me a liar. I was talking to a former coworker and she told me she had rented one of their apartments at a different site and had the same problems.

So I'm hoping to find an actual house to rent and not an apartment. I'm already packing up my stuff, so their "bug guy" (I am seriously starting to wonder if he is really a bug guy and not a friend of the leasing manager) won't have an excuse for next Tuesday. I'm packing my entire closet up in the next few days. Some friends are giving me boxes so we can pack up the rest of the stuff in the place.

At this point, if I have to, I'll put my stuff in storage and stay in a hotel :/ I told my mom this, we just need to get out of here. Even when I told the regional manager the problems her leasing manager has caused, she didn't care :( I might still try to talk to a lawyer.

I see there are some people visiting that I know, I hope you are doing fine. I see there are new people too, feel free to ask questions. Even if it is just curiosity or so you can more understand someone you know. There are no wrong questions.

The sun is shining but it is cold. I need to bring in more wood for the stove and of course I don't want to go out there so I will put it off till the last minute because although I want to, it is still cold. I want the wood but not  the cold. Brrrr.

I'm still pretty sore so I'm not doing much.

Thanks for the support Davit & Gailerina.
I am tired, but it's the Tylenol arthritis.  I'm going to sleep so well!
This somehow takes the edge off of my wired personality though.  Maybe I should take it more often.  But I'm foggy, and I have to make some decisions with a clear head, on getting windows installed, before it gets really cold.

I really feel out of it, so mellow.  I think the pain is draining me.

Hugs the first sign of Rheumatoid Arthritis is fatigue not pain. Ankles are either RA or OA. Knees are either. Hips are OA as is the spine. Finger joints are specific to either and don't cross over.

Blood tests: Cultures to look for Lyme disease, prevalent in the States. CBC for infection etc. CRP and ESR for signs of inflammation and an indication your body is fighting it. Rheumatoid factor is a waste of time because it is very inaccurate.

If you have Arthritis throw out the tread mill and do range of motion like Tai Chi instead.

Hope your tests are good.

Hugs, I hope everything goes well tomorrow for you.

So my sister did not tell me the truth about the bug guy, she did not want to upset me at work. Apparently we have a new guy and he has an attitude and was like, well no you have to leave the apartment for 4 hours and empty everything out of your closets....we have never had to do this before :/

I may just try to find a house to rent in the area and hope to get something month to month, so if I have to move for a job next year (which is a goal) I won't have to break another lease.

I know I would not have so many problems with anxiety and stress is this leasing lady would stop picking on us. I asked my sister if he went to spray other apartments and she said no :/ I really think she just wants to evict us or something. I think I will still call her manager tomorrow and tell them I am getting a lawyer involved for harassment.
