Nice morning with some fresh snow in the trees and more coming down. Jasper decided the snow was just too deep for his short little legs so he came back in. I don't blame him. But it is pretty and as long as I can keep it away from the door I don't mind. 
Still sitting at 173 pounds. I'm happy with that but will keep working on getting it down farther. Blood pressure is good. Morphine withdrawal is horrible, but I'm okay. Slight headache now is all.

On with the day.

I like baked apples, in fact I like apples anyway. I especially like them with oatmeal in the morning. I like them for the fibre. And I like them because they are an appetite suppressant. I like them because they are almost free like Raspberries.

Something I haven't had in decades is Johnny Cake.

I made some bread too.  The recipe for the breadmaker included cornmeal as 1/6 th of the flour mix.  Adding mint might not have helped, since the jar looked like the dried parseley, which might have been better. Whole wheat and maple syrup made it okay.
 
I got an earful since the machine is noisy though, and vibrated so much it shook some washed cutlery back into the sink.
 
It took a lot of pouting, and resistance and dawn had to set before it was tasted.  And I baked apples in the oven with stuffed peppers

I really do like fresh bread right out of the oven. It was well worth the trouble to make it. Today was a poor day physically but a good one mentally. That I believe is more important.

Well I guess I'll go work on my water pump. I have a few hours still before bed.

Bit of pain today but not bad. Lost another four pounds of water I imagine. Doesn't matter much as long as it is gone. 
Busy today so I missed lunch. Put some heat on my neck and fell asleep in my chair. Theodore curled up on me and went to sleep too. Going to finish out the evening watching a movie. BP is 106/ 77. Not hungry either.
Warmer but not all that much. Might go to the store tomorrow. Have to put the car back in the garage before the snow starts again. One toast, two eggs for breakfast. 5 perogies with meat sauce for supper. Going to be hungry tomorrow.

Red,
If youre'e taking your blood pressure, there's software on your bp monitor's website, most probably, which will draw great graphs, even for our activities!  I was annoyed since I discovered this, 5 years(or more) after I obtained the monitor.
 
I really wished I'd take the time to read those precious manuals.  You wouldn't believe the time I spent designing my own form,but I learned a lot about forms design!

Today was a very productive day..
I was able to get every thing done that I wanted and needed to get done today and then some..

I went out for a walk, after an unproductive doc visit.  I found two screws on the ground, and my mood picked up, or I worked off the salt I put into an omelette, inadvertently.  I was trying to solidify it, and didn't realize the impact of the salt!
