Good News Thread

I think this thread is a great idea! I have been feeling very down today.

I do have some good news. I got a new job, one that will hopefully be way less stressful. The downside is that the position starts in October so I am facing a horrible summer at my current position.

Today turned out to be a very very good day all the way around..I got good reports from my cardiac and pulmonary doctors today.. They have given me the ok to exercise again..All I have to do now is watch the salt intake, take water pills if needed and they gave me a inhaler to use if I need it..They said quiting smoking was a good start, now all I need to do is slowly start my walking program again and hopefully loose a little weight..To take it one day and one small step at a time. To be patient with myself and I will get back in better health..Just to remember that it takes time..

So I am really happy the all the appointments and tests are done and that I am free again to enjoy my life..

Red....
