My teeth were sore the first week. I assumed it was from chewing so much gum but I could be wrong.

Stress does make it difficult to keep your quit but sadly stress is a part of life. Everytime I faced a stressful situation I said to myself I breathed deep, chewed more gum and practically chanted "If I can make it through this I can make it through anything" it sounds silly I know but so far (knock on wood) its worked for me.
Keep hanging in there, you CAN do this!

I struggle with this also. My husband still smokes, at first he either went outside or in the bathroom and turned on the vent. Now, he's not as conciderate. I guess he feels that its his house too and its his 'right' to smoke if he wants. Its hard for me to tell my friends not to smoke in the house when my husband still does.
I was just thinking, I owe my sister an apology. After she quit, I smoked in her house, of course I asked her first. I now realize that she was probably just saying yes to be nice and didnt really mean it. Hind sight is 20/20 I guess.

oh good then Im not crazy lol Karren, exactly like you said the dreams were so vivid and realistic it was scarey. In the dream I didnt want another cig, actually I didnt want the one I had, it was like a thoughtless habit and I didnt even realize I was smoking till half the cig was gone, then I was like 'what the heck am I doing!!' and threw it down. I think what bothered me so bad was that the dreams felt so real and happened 3 nights in a row. Thankfully I havent had anymore dreams since that post. :)
