Wow, Marcus
Lots of self awareness going on there. Glad to hear you put things in perspective and have made some resolutions about the relationship between stress and smoking and what you can do about it. I know we suggested relaxing and taking some time for pleasure and pampering, but sheesh...a three week vacation??!!!..lol...good for you!!!
when i went on a vacation early in my quit i took along a post that had lots of good suggestions. I'll bump it up for you, it's called A Little Help for my Friends. But any one page post that has meaning for you would work as well. Also, as Sue suggested, keep the reasons you quit close by. I also enlisted my friend as my "quit guardian". Even tho she smoked, I asked her to talk sense into me if I was tempted to cave. There was one situation where that was needed, and I came home smoke free. I am sure you will too, because you're a non smoker now :)
