Let's be clear; it is not a cake walk for anyone to quit. You dufins, Cheryl and RD are some of those that are take longer. Each to their own quit. I want you to be aware that the quit rate is closer 25% to 30% for those who use NRT.
I'm here and Rusty has good support talk.

That is 2-3/4 pack per day. My Goodness! Your are doing a remarable job. Did you cut down before you quit? Are you using pacthes or anything?
Hi Aubanki
This is stickin to it and rightly you should know that you should continue stickin to it. I had bouts of urges in month 5 that continued for two weeks. Not every minute just several times each day. I frankly don't know where they came from but they went away and have not returned. I think it must be that last hurray that the devil is trying to get you to commit.
One thing I have found, I think more about cigaretts now since I joined this site just two weeks ago. I don't want a smoke, it just consumes more of my thoughts now then before, but hey, I'm happy. I want you to be happy too. So get your toolkit of trigger fighters out and use them to get you through these temporary urges.

Marie see how well you have done!
50 days x 24 hour = 1200 hours or can you imagine 7 weeks and one day. 7 weeks and one day! That is a WHOLE lot of time put behind you. Very happy for you! You are on a roll. Count down begins to the next milestone week 8.
I haven't seen a post from Darcy for several days. Has anyone heard from her? I wonder how she is doing?

That is going to be a real cool experience. You are just going to love not having to hurry off the plane to grab a smoke or for that matter hurry on all the door to grab one before the plan takes off.
Lady
Congratulation on your new job and best wishes. I hope and trust it is one that you will enjoy.
As my name implies "Stickin to it" this weekend and for many, many weekends to follow.
