Had a good time in Memphis. The battle is getting easier as my confidence in beating this addiction grows stronger. Today my husband went down to the 7 mg patch, however, since I still don't trust myself completely, I'm sticking with the 14 for another week. I am not sure why, but lately I have been exhausted at the end of the day and I often go to bed very early. Seems I require more sleep---but that may be the heat rather than the quit. Thanks for the congrats. It means a lot since this has been the hardest task I have ever completed! I love my quit family! :)
Breaking Free:
Sounds like you are going through a trying time now and that will test your quit. I have faith in you and I will pray for you. I got away from God for a long time now (several decades), but He and I have had a lot of conversations over the last 63 days.

OMG BF you are so right, but I never really thought about it. I LOVE to take long soaks in the bath. As a smoker, I could never lay back in the tub and enjoy.....I always had to have my right hand hanging out of the tub clutching a smoke; a towel close by to dry off my smoking hand should it get wet; and able to reach an ashtray. Therefore, a bath was spent sitting up. NOW I can lay back with everything but my nose submerged in my bubble bath! :) Can't stay long...picked up some new bath salts and wanna try them out now that I know what the difference is!!! Thanks BF!!!!! ;p

Bogbott: I am really sorry that it has been hard on you. Perhaps you can take some time to yourself. When I feel like I am about to explode or tempted to chuck it all in, I would make a strong drink, take a bath and go straight to bed. The kids tell everyone I am in time-out. Send my a** to my room! :)
