Well I did it as of 7.30 am patch is on

Congratulations on your decision! What you really need is not luck, but determination and focus on your reasons for quitting. Take each minute, hour and day, one step at a time, happy in the knowledge that you are giving that Nicodemon a good kicking! Mr Ed ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,280 Amount Saved: 817.5 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 5 Mins: 34 Seconds: 42

Victory over my triggers!

Hi Aliebling, You seem to be doing fine! One significant change that I have noticed: In the early days of my quit, I avoided the smell of smoke because it was reminiscent of my life as a smoker and left me with a feeling of 'loss'. Now I avoid the smell of smoke because I find it unpleasant. Pure and simple as that. Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,280 Amount Saved: 817.5 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 5 Mins: 36 Seconds: 23

Need Help

.... ok, so you have no nicotine in your body now. But ... your brain has got conditioned over the years this constant provision of a 'fix' - then the wait for the next one. It will take time for brain to get out of that routine. Listen to some of the 'Elders' on this site - they will tell you how they rarely have cravings now. I believe that slowly, but surely, I am getting to this point. There is no way I will give up my quit because it is getting stronger day by day. It is worth the wait Mr Ed :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 109 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,289 Amount Saved: 817.5 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 6 Mins: 46 Seconds: 30
