Hi beverley, Boxerfan is right...and do try to think of all the pluses of quitting - I am a day behind you, so I have day 2 to look forward to tomorrow, but I plan on spending much time here, reading, posting, whatever to help keep my mind off smoking...I am with you 100% - keep up the great job - and one day soon, we'll be over hell week and heck week and moving towards that beach!!

I just quit yesterday, after blowing a 7 month quit last year, at which time I was a 2006 Ash Kicker...
