Duffis ...great post ...Cheers and here's to to all the Unsmokeables!
The next milestone for this Unsmokeable is to be able to leap 500 days in a single bound and I hope it comes faster than a speeding bullet because I feel more powerful than a locomotive !
Just keep that Krypton aka ...tobacco... away from this "Super Unsmokeable"
;)

Gaga...Way to go on your quit... I smoked for 25 years and had a similar sitution where everyone around me said YOU HAVE TO QUIT...in the end of course it's up to us...
Just a word of caution for whatever reason at about 6 months I almost had a relapse...I thought I had beat the Smoking Demons :eg: but old habits die hard and I guess I had let my guard down a bit. I heard voices telling me "oh it's ok you can have one you have quit this long ...you won't start again...you can be one of those social once in a while smokers"...well if you are like me you know that won't work for people who are addicted to cigs we can't even have a drag of one cigerette ...ever!
So again way to go and keep on going and remember to reward yourself.
Best Regards,
X Smokey the Bear.

Struggling ...the beach is the virtual Beach that all the Quitters go to on their 100th day of their quit ! Just like Red Rosie one of these days you will also be celebrating your 100th day milestone... it's been a while since I have been to the "Beach" you can probably find the string if you do a search of the Century Club or 100 .
Good Luck.
Big Congrads to you RR for hitting the beach hope you enjoyed it ! :)

Lolly ...great to hear from you and congrads on another milestone ...500 days SUPER !
Great to see so many familar people on this thread that helped me get to where I am today as well...Everything you said regarding posting on this site was so true...I remember when I was only a few days in to my quit kinda getting upset (hmm imagine getting cranky when quitting..I know, hard to believe :)...with someone who had posted and had been smoke free for a year. Looking back I guess I was freaking out that I would be having the same cravings a year later and still have to fight the battle daily...Thank God that's not the case ...but for us the fight is never completely over.
Salute Mon Amie !
