Myth or Fact?

Hi Danielle, I had to limmit my coffee in take when I quit, because it is one of my biggest trigers. I now find that I can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I still only have 2 cups per day and I have a suger free peperment afterwards. I do not know why the peperment works but for somreason when I suck on one when one of my trigers are being pushed it stops the craveing. Information of Topic

Hi Sylvie, I noticed the other day when I was going shopping that all the enternces to all the Malls stink of smoking. It is a bad smell and now I understand why people complan about other smoking. IT does stink. When I smoked I did not smell it but now I do. I can't beleave that my husban put up with it. He quit 7 years ago when we seen our son smoke. As for the butts, The snow is starting to melt and each day I have to go out and clean butts off my lawn from the winter. I don't even have the right to complan because most likly some of these are mine. I am so glad to be smoke free.
