I have slipped

Thank you everyone for your kind comments - i feel all ready now to stop again. It is hard when going through a bad time as i am used to using it as my crutch really...but, i'm over it already and still, there have been hundreds of cigarettes i have not smoked. And there will be years of cigarettes i have not smoked. It is going to help that i'm busy tomorrow, going to someones house who does not smoke with my daughter and he would give me a hard time for smoking again so...that will help me get over my first none smoking day which will be the worst. And then i am where i was before really because the nicotine will be out of my body i think after 24 hours?
