Been smoking 30+ years. Tried many times to quit over the years. Monday 14th is my birthday 50 years. Over the last few years have had several health problems not all due to smoking, but I'm sure it didn't help.

Good afternoon so far so good got up about 10:30 missed that smoke, took shower missed that smoke, walked the dog have not smoked with dog. Now want one like to smoke sitting at the computer so guess I better go.
