Mornings where especially hard for me too. I always got up and smoked first thing, while waiting for coffee. I really didn't change my routine. I know everyone is different, but i tried to keep my routine the same as before just without smoking! Made it easier for me.

Well i thought the gas thing was behind me. It was for about 2 weeks..and well ITS BACK!!!..LOL.someone said on here it was a stinking cycle..well it certainly is for me! lol..............I'm really really tired of this too! ........I'm still using nrts too...........cant seem to just stop them......im also on a diet.......happy to report ive lost several pounds already...almost back to my pre-quit weight!

Thanks Brenda,,,yea i have been eating some yogurt..not my fav thing to eat...but i've been trying it all!........i had stopped eating it everyday, but i've started again......never took the tablets tho..will look into it, since i dont really like the taste of yogurt.........
