Hey Sparky,
I quit cold turkey too :) the first few days of withdrawl were awful, i drank about 4 gallons of water and ate so much fruit it was crazy. Herbal tea etc etc.
If you want the quit more than you want the smoke you WILL succeed. Beleive you can do it and you will.

My sister and i have a thing going, ill call her and ask for the Royal Princess, when she calls me she asks for PrincessC. We have been doing this for years and years. Everyone at work calls me Princess as well, its strange when people call me by my real name lol

Heya Red,
How amazing are you :)
14 days
I really hope you are rewarding yourself every step of the way.
Dont let that junkie fool you into thinking you will not succeed. You tell that junkie you're boss. The depression, the crying, the loss of apetite its all part of the withdrawl process. Your body is healing, sleep if you have to, cry if you want, do what ever you have to do, just dont smoke.
I found exersize is a wonderful way of releasing anxiety. It also stops those unwated pounds creeping in. Find something to keep your hands busy, gardening is very theraputic, crafts anything. I want to learn how to knit.
One thing you need to remember and hold on tight to... this is but a moment in time and it WILL pass.
If you beleive you can do it, you WILL do it.

Thank you so much for your recognition Stickintoit.
There were two people who really stuck out to me in the early days of my quit HEALER, without Healer i dont know where i would be. You are the kindest, most gentle soul with the biggest heart & MARIE, you are such a sweet lady, you make me laugh when i really needed it. Their words no matter how small gave me comfort they made sense. This journey was made so much more easier than if i were to have done it on my own.
Just beleive you can do it and you WILL do it. Stay strong and fight for you are worth it.
Love PrincessC :) x
