Hi doinit4mygirls....
I have two daughters who seem to be much older than yours... how I wish I would have quit smoking while they were still young :(
You have that chance, take it! Don't give up! As simple as that sounds that is actually all it takes! Only you can make the decision to smoke or not to smoke.
My mantra during my quit has been and will always be: "I'd rather be an ex-smoker occasionally thinking of smoking than a smoker constantly thinking of quitting" ;)
Be a great example to your wife, if she doesn't quit at least by your example kids may never start.... :)
All my best to you...

.... that was supposed to say.... "by your example your kids may never start"....
My kids saw the he11 that I went through during my quit... and I made sure they understood what I was going through so that hopefully they wouldn't make the same mistake I did and become addicted to nicotine....
Hold tough, you can do it!
We've got some wonderful weather here in Virginia, it's almost 65 degrees and it's not even 11 a.m. yet!! I love it! I'm sorry to hear about all the nasty weather elsewhere, it's usually us getting that kind of weather. :quest:
