Well I have found that stress is a big trigger. When I was smoking Id say dam I have to leave and go have a smoke just to cool down or rethink a situation. Learning to get through this without smoking is going to be hard. I haven't slipped and I am really wanting this more than anything I have ever wanted in life except maybe having my mom back (who died in Sept of Lung cancer at 59 yrs old). I guess i am doing this for me to prove I can succeed at something so difficult and for her. But dang its hard these withdrawals really get hard some times and so do the cravings and it seems they sneak up on you. Ive tried the quit before but with such dedication as this time around. All is well for now, good night.

Wow finally made it to day 4. I have a terrible cough, lite headed
little dizzy and very sleepy. Dont mind fighting threw all this and glad to know there are other like me. I find this site very helpful but also I find it alittle uncomfortable sitting at the computer which is a major trigger for me to smoke. The temptation is there but since I dont have any thats a big plus. Just being at the Comp seems to makes to withdrawls and or craving 10 fold. Well thats it for me for now, im out.

Day 4 and my head feels strange. Other for for this dry cough I just started (not sure if its from no ciggs) but my head feels like it has numb spots in it. Really weird Ya I should read more threads here
but I cant really stay on the comp that long w/o having a massive craving so I do it in short stints.

I have just quit, not my first attempt but hop its my last. Its been along time since Ive tried the quit but once again Im trying. Im going cold turkey. I will check in often because I can use all the help possible. Thanks
I'd love to gain some weight. Should I gain because I am hungry more often and eat more or should I gain just as results of quitting do to physical changes in my body.
Feel Like I have the flu today. I can tell im very irritable also. I think today may be another good day to sleep alot.
