Thank you for answering my post. As for print outs and such, I have started doing my Anxious thoughts form by hand in a little book I can carry around with me :)
I really don'T have any wisdom or advice to give. But I did want to say I heard your pain and empathize with you. I am sure other members will come along with support and insight.
LAst time I had a problem taking medication because of anxiety, I asked for help from a person I trusted. I asked the person to be there and to monitor me for a few hours after me taking the pill. It really helped me face my fears knowing someone was there for me.
