Please remember that we are not here to judge. Many of us, myself included, have had problems with our quit. The worst thing that i did was to go away any beat myself up after my slip. I was ashamed to come back to this group. That was a mistake on my part. I was welcomed back with open arms. remember that we have all been where you are at one time or another. Please stay close and know that we are here when you need us, ready and willing to help in any way me can.

A while ago I blew a 100 day quit and it went something like this. around a campfire I was offered a cigarette. I figured I had this quit licked and that one would not hurt me. Later that evening I accepted another and then I went out and bought a pack. I stayed away from this site out of shame for quite a while and finally came back because I needed to talk to some one who knew what is was like. The quit that I am into now is a cold turkey quit and was, and still is sometimes, harder than the first. I guess what I am trying to say is that YES, JUST ONE CAN SET YOU BACK TO THE BEGINING BEFORE YOU KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED. REMEMBER NOPE, NOPE, NOPE.

No better reason to Happy Dance than my quit buddy's birthday. My legs are getting a little tired now so I will stop for a while. I hope you had a great dinner. It must have been great to actually taste it. I hope all of your Birthday wishes come true.
