Hi Gang!

It's been a whirlwind of a month and I'm finally getting a chance to take a breath! I'm glad that y'all have been able to provide some good support to our new members while I've been away! Great job! I'm back from a week at my conference, then a few days recovering from a bug then a week of mayhem back at work! TGIF!!! I'm ready for a couple days to regroup!

I am late but joining in. Back from holidays and still a nonsmoker with 329 days under my belt.

I will not smoke today and that makes me one more day closer to one year.

I've been kind of incognito on my road trip for the past few weeks. Been having a great time, and generally not thinking about smoking. There have been a couple of times in which I was grateful to not be smoking, since it really was a time waster during travel in the past. Constantly stopping for cigarettes before entering and right after exiting attractions, etc. It was nice to just go with the flow and not have to time all of those "breaks."

On that note, I will renew my commitment again: i will not smoke today.
