To all of you who have recently quit smoking, I wish you the best!  There is so much knowledge here at the SSC.  Read as much as you can.  Post as often as you need.  Treat yourself like royalty.  Reward yourself as needed.  And always remember that smoking isn't going to repair, replace, resolve, fix, erase, remove, or any other verb that is taking an action on your life.  They say it takes a village, and boy what a wonderful village the SSC is!
