Gidget (Barbie) there are 4,593,396,201 excuses why you think you need a cigarette. But there is only one way to quit and that is to stop smoking. What excuse do you need to get back into your quit? How about the fact that the cigarettes are slowly killing you? They cause cancer, they cause emphasema, they cause COPD, which of those diseases will you get from smoking? This may be tough love, but you have to make the committment if you want to quit. The weight gain is temporary. Nicotine is as addictive a drug as heroine, or cocaine, or what have you. You have to realize that your body need to detox from the drug. You have to realize that you are a nicotine addict. Keep on trying, don't give up, start over, do whatever it takes to get yourself quit. This place is a great place to be for quitters!
