New Girl!

Hi everyone.  I am 22 years old and I've been smoking for 12 years and I am more than ready to quit but I know it is going to be difficult.

I quit smoking about a year ago for about 2 months and then I hung around a smoker friend who offered me one.  Even though every part of me was saying no my mouth for some reason said yes.  It tasted awful and made me dizzy and light headed even so that was all it took for me to start smoking again.

I've "tried" to quit many times lasting for one or two days at a time but it just doesn't seem to stick!

one of my younger brothers recently started smoking and when I tried to talk to him about it all he could say was you started smoking way younger than me.

I have all the reasons in my head to why I need to and want to quit. It smells bad, yellows teeth, gives you wrinkles yada yada yada.  I haven't picked a quit date yet, but I'm determined to stop letting my addiction rule my life!
