Great decision, Nikita!!!!! Two more days gets you thru Hell Week.....It really does get better. Easier is a bit of a stretch.....This is hard work. But with your committment and a whole group of people here who know EXACTLY how you feel and what you're going through is so valuable. Keep up the good work and post your thoughts and concerns often......and celebrate every minute, hour and day that you are smoke free!!!!!!! What a joyful journey we are on!

Reading what many of you have to say of the struggles and small triumphs has really helped me these last two days! Its been one hell of a week so far, and I'm worried about the weekend. So far chocolate has been getting me through, but I hope I get flowers instead this year. (maybe I'll be able to smell them now!) Anyway, I'm here in the same boat as many others and I look forward to sharing with all of you!
