HI Robin and welcome! Like Misty said, stay, sit and read forever if it keeps you from not smoking. That's what i did in the beginning. I still come here daily. Stopping smoking was the hardest things that i have ever done, but it is so worth it. I find sometimes, the thing that gets me thru is just checking out my quit meter and wanting to maintain that and watch it grow. Also, the great feeling of not smelling like an ashtray anymore. I wish you the best in your smoke free journey, hope to see you around lots! Right On! Congrats! I personally thought that the 10th day had more mental hurdles than physical. You can do it girl. Hang in there.
