You came to the right place for all the support you need. I would suggest lots and lots of cold water. Post here as often as you need and as was suggested to me, wait for 5 or 10 responses and by that time your cravings will be gone. It only takes 3 or 4 days for the nicotine to leave your system. Oh but you said you have patches, well I haven't used the patch but just keep those jolly ranchers and water handy and any other snack or something to put in your mouth. I had so much stuff it wasn't even funny. Try to make sure it's healthy, maybe carrot sticks or a straw even. Good luck to you, I know you'll do just fine.
