Thanks everyone for your warm and supportive reception :) Almost finished with day 5 smoke free and feeling ok. Staying away right from the get-go from all fattening/junk foods and keeping myself busy in a good kinda busy way. Went out today for a brisk walk -- man is it COLD out there. Walked off some stress and took in some very satisfying deep breaths. While out I bought a book by Scott Turow.. love his writing and plan on curling up with some ice tea and reading this evening :) Have a good evening all and thanks again! Good morning all :) Well I'm back again ! I'm starting over. Failed miserably - Reasons don't matter because it's inexcusable and at this point really of no consequence. What does matter is that I'm back to being a non smoker and I recognize full well that life will ALWAYS be throwing you poo-poo and one just has to push through it withOUT a smoke in hand. Last time I was here I posted quite a bit, however, this time around I have limited access due to a crappy p.c., but will come on whenever possible to look for support and read through the old posts filled with much wisdom and great advice. Have a super Wednesday ! :) Sam My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/24/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 100 Amount Saved: $43.20 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 11 Mins: 28 Seconds: 41
