Sparkwins! Take some slow deep breaths, and slow everything down for a few moments! If you can, go for a walk by yourself and just relax and calm down. You don't want to smoke, you have been thru the worst and you don't want to go back! Smoking is not an option, you are going to have come up with something else to occupy your time.
Now get a big glass of very cold water and drink it, and if need be get a straw or stir stick and use that as a fake cigarette!
There! Tahts better. You can do this. It is mind over matter and you will beat that little cigarette, it has no power over you! :)
