Terrific Sarah! [i]Sometimes[/i] quitting is not much more than learning how to ignore those cravings for a cigarette. It's very much like ignoring the cravings for cake, or steak or chocolate. For example. When the pork cravings come, we might say, "gee, I'll bet bacon would taste good [i]right now![/i]", we can simple shrug our shoulders and tell ourselves, "yea, it probably would, but I've realized bacon [u]is bad for me and I'm not going to[/u] eat bacon anymore!!".
Just an example. I speak Pig Latin so it's not like I'm anti-pork. :confuse:
