Haven't posted for awhile. It seems to be a discouraging trend quite a few slips. Don't remember the date I bought a pack and smoked one a day for awhile. Then I had 4 more I remember each time I saw that little guy come out from behind the curtain at the cigarette store. He looked like Nicodemon. Well I was about on my way to smoking full blown so I tried cold turkey. Too painful so I've been on the 14 mg. patch since Aug 3 and it seems to be going good. The thoughts come in like waves. Saturday at a barbq with 6 people smoking yuck almost made me sick. I've been to dentist have to have root planing. Tarter mostly from smoking and not enuf flossing.
