Blueberries are good very novel idea !!I think blueberries are good for something else to but I can,t remember what ?? Carrot sticks,celery,all that kind of stuff will help you with cravings and maintain your girlish figure. :p I don,t use anything myself I find the cravings go as fast as they come and are at the point where their few and far between. :)Hi all, I'm overwhelmed by all the replies. This site clearly works! Went for the hypnotherapy last night. Felt a bit silly at first but got sort of into it. I'll find out in a few days if it worked or not! Been a non-smoker now for 13h15min! Feeling pretty good so far. Any recommenations for stopping the cravings apart from water? I have brought blueberries to work today to munch on. I can't put on weight as I have two weddings to go to over the next two months and I have already bought the dress! 'nough ranting.
