Hi Liz, I would suggest you talk to your Doc about it. My opinion is, If you have come so far already would Chantix help much??? It may just be that all you need to do is shake up your routine a bit, and change things around. ie, Do something different after meals, go for a walk when you get a craving, that type of change. Having just come off the patch, I am looking back thinking, maybe I should have just gone cold turkey. I guess the other man's grass is alwways greener! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 66 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,660 Amount Saved: $696.3 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 0 Mins: 32 Seconds: 59

Hi, my name is Liz. This is my first posting on this site. I quit smoking 9 days ago without the help of any NRTs. It is getting harder because I find myself thinking about it all the time. It is a struggle just getting out of the routine of not smoking. I'm finding that the behavioral cigarettes are the hardest to quit. Do you thinh statring the pill called Chantix may help? Please let me know what you think.
