Welcome back. Please go back and read your own posts and all the other ones on Junkie thinking and look honestly at yourself and see where you fell. Then pick yourself up and keep on quitting! They say you learn something about yourself or the quitting process each time, and it's true. Just don't fall into the self fullfilling prophesy hole, and you will do great. Stay positive, consider that while you were smoking, all you wanted to do was quit, and NOW YOU HAVE! Don't go backwards, go forward into freedom! NOPE = Not One Puff Ever!
