Pull out the strategies that worked best for you. Toss & replace the rest. We're full of suggestions if you need any. Start looking at your daily routines. How will you modify them to exclude smoking? Ex: You use to smoke with your cup of coffee. Now you'll read the newspaper instead? We can't wait to celebrate your first smoke free day!
