HEY ALL, TODAY WAS A LITTLE TOUGHER. I HAD SEVERAL URGES, BUT GOT THRU THEM REMEMBERING ALL YOUR TIPS. I AM SUCKING ON ALOT OF FIREBALLS! MY HUSBAND TOOK THE TOP DOWN ON THE JEEP AND TOOK ME FOR A RIDE TO THE BEACH AND THEN FOR A SEAFOOD DINNER. IT WAS VERY NICE. THEN WE CAME HOME AND I EXERCISED IN THE POOL AND THEN JUST LAYED ON THE RAFT AND RELAXED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. THEN WE CAME IN AND RENTED A MOVIE. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN VERY SUPPORTIVE AND THAT REALLY HELPS. I MESSED UP ON MY QUIT DATE. I QUIT ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST NOT THE 3RD. SO TODAY IS MY FOURTH DAY AND NOW I AM NICOTINE FREE, HEE HAW! FOR ME THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER! :):) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/3/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 77 Amount Saved: $6.9 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 10 Mins: 42 Seconds: 29
