Good morning to you all! And thank you once more for your support!
First day yesterday and strangely it passed by so easy! Didn't even thought about it..maybe because i got really angry with mysefl and with this demon that made me light it.
I'm clean and fresh!
i'll be around...
thank you all!

Hi Kate,
Welcome back!
Take some time today to reflect as to what led to your slip and how your going to stop it from reoccurring.
Have distractions @ the ready and you're reward system in place.
Good luck, keep us posted.
Danielle

Way to Go Kate! I'm so glad that your first day went easier than expected. Just be on the lookout for that nicdemon because he can creep up when we least expect it and we need to be ready to bash that crave to the curb!
Great Job!
