Hello long lost friends....I am back on the wagon after falling off...I guess I do not do well with stress and reached for the chains that bound me for so long....the stress I was under was unbearable....and I reached for the only thing I was used to reaching for when I was underfire and stressed out....If I can make it to 3 weeks as I did before, I know I can whip this demon....patience and time.... Hi Duckie067 and welcome back!! So, make this Quit stronger by going back and seeing what you can do differently with this new Quit... Stress will always be there - don't allow it to be an excuse to smoke, dear one. Stay strong, build those coping skills for the very worst cravings and make sure to post BEFORE you light up so we can help!
