I have been rather quiet, but my husband and I have 18 days under our belts!!! The cravings have come less frequently, but are still there. Still using the patch, but I ditched the wellbutrin. I have started to watch what I am eating because I was gaining about 1 or 2 pounds a day! After lunch I walk a mile. After dinner 1/2 mile. I feel much better. There have been two times that I almost slipped. Last night, in the house by myself, I searched all over just in case I might have dropped one behind the couch cushions or in the cabinet where I used to keep my smokes. Guilt took over right after the craving! So far so good and I am so proud of myself---did you know that the key to your car will start the ignition without a cigarette in your mouth? I thought that was amazing!
