Hi,
Hang in there, it will pass soon.
I quit 28 days ago, and you have to believe me when I tell you that I feel so much better already, because:
No nicotine hangover in the morning,
no chest tightness,
no headaches,
sinus is clearing up thus my sense of smell is
returning,
my taste buds are kicking in,
I don't smell like an ashtray anymore, instead
I finally smell like Coco de Channel only, and not
a disgusting mix of both,
I have saved a substantial amount of money
already,
I can finally run again without coughing up
God-knows-what.
The pain you are experiencing right now is nothing compared to the pain smoking related illnesses cause. And unlike those illnesses withdrawal symptoms don't kill and will go away eventually.
Also, don't you want to go to the beach? I know I do!
Like I said, hang in there, please,
Gaby
