StuBow has given you some great advice. The crying is normal. For the next several days, mood swings of all types are going to be normal. Don't worry about it. Nicotine affected the chemistry of your brain and body for years until it became "normal". Now that they are deprived of it all h**l's breaking loose. They will adjust and everything will settle down. Just try not to kill anybody in the interim :).
Spend time here reading and posting. It's a proven fact you can't light up while your fingers are busy on the keyboard.
