I am finding that taking my evening dose at 5 pm is to late...buy then I am having so many cravings I can't stand it..I am going to take it at 4 pm today and see what happens...When I take it at 5 I also have been having lots and lots of dreams...Maybe taking it an hour earlier will help with the cravings and the dreams? I have only taken mine after my evening meal, which is sometimes quite late (8 pm). I notice that when I take it within an hour or two of going to bed, my great dreams are almost guaranteed. If I take it 4-5 hours before bed, I may or may not have dreams. If I forget to take it, chances are I don't have any dreams. Kinda weird, but that's the way it's been working. Hi Christina, I too take mine with food. One after breakfast, about 7:00 am and the second one is right after dinner about 6:00 pm. Seems to work great that way for me. Hope that helps. The moderator is correct, you may want to ask your doctor first. Good Luck :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 55 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,389 Amount Saved: $275 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 21 Mins: 13 Seconds: 33

I take mine about 5 pm...i just make sure I know that i am getting ready to eat dinner not to longer after that or i eat something little before i take the pill if i know dinner is going to be kinda late. Just don't take it before bed because that is when the "dreams" come along.
