Hi Folks -- my skin def improved when I quit smoking...When I was a smoker in my 'other' life, I would get really miffed when people said they could tell I was a smoker because of my skin (which was all of the above) However, I maintain that my wrinkles I inherited from my mom....she never smoked a day in her life and I got her skin. My wrinkles used to bother me but now I remind myself that along with my wrinkles I inherited my mom's zest for life and her positive attitude and I would not give up any of my wrinkles if it meant losing the other.....so, I am telling you all this little story because some of us do have wrinkles for reasons other than smoking.... cheers...
