I agree  too Rock- any 'day' is a great day to break the habit. And for anyone reading this who is still un-decided, please make this your year to be smoke free- there isnt room here to list the benefits when you finally make the leap. Its not always as difficult as we are led to believe, and you never know if you can do it unless you try.
 
The great thing about quitting with forum support like ours is you will never be alone, there will always be someone ready to lift you up and help you along, and I guarantee there isnt any quit problem that at least one of us has come across.

Congratulations to LouLou, Todash, and everybody else throughout the years who made a New Year's resolution to quit smoking and stuck with it!  Rewards are in order to celebrate your yearly milestone!!!  What a wonderful quit date 1/1 is!  And for anybody out there who wants to quit smoking, 1/1/2010 is a great day to quit!  So is 1/2/2010.  Actually, any day of the week that ends in the letters D A Y is a great day to quit smoking!
