I'm not sure if you smoked in your house, but when I quit on August 20, all cigarette smoking was banned in the house.  My cleaning service commented that there was less dust, the tv screen wasn't covered in gross crud, and the soot on the windows was gone.  So even though you enjoy cleaning, if you nobody is smoking in the house, cleaning might actually be easier now!  So it could be an extra special reward!  P.S.  Great reward choice too of going to the spa!  I need my monthly manscaping too, so thats a wonderful way to celebrate!

IT'S TRUE!!!!  I love to clean.  Am I weird or what?   I have no problem picking up a broom or mop and go on my way!  Any one up for  lessons on how to use a vacuum?

Hey Pookie,
Do you like to clean, really
I think Sparky goes first, but if you still got the urge to clean, I can  offer my house.
I can't clean . I got a severe and life threatening allergy to mops, brooms and dusters. My husband is really aware of this!

Pookie,

Congrats on getting through the dreaded Hell Week! What an achievement!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some pretty rough cravings today. However, it sounds like you have been able to distract yourself and reward yourself appropriately! Great job!

Keep up the great work pookie and continue to post, we are here for you every step of the way!

Sparky,
I do love to clean, this is true.  My hubbie says I havd OCD or something.   But that aint it, I just love to clean and rearrange things when he is out drinking, so when he comes back home the only thing that's in the same spot as when he left is the key hole on the door.  I love to move things in the cabinets and furniture just to annoy him.

I do love to clean, really, closets, carpets and anything that will keep my so busy that I can not stop until every nook and crany is cleaned!  My mother started this habit with me when i was a kid, her way of punishment.  CLEAN!

Thanks every one!  But I am begining to think Heck week is worse.  For some reason the craving bug has me bad today!  so my reward has been changed.  Instead of subscribing to my runners magazine, I am treating myself to a day at the spa.  A real nice massage and lots of N.O.P.E.'s today should chase this bug away!

Thanks for all the support!!!
