To follow on to what you wrote about walking out in the garden, We are surrounded by a remarkable creation that we mostly take for granted. When we give ourselves over to and relish what we already have our lives are satisfied and we take on the miraculousness of life. When we focus on what is missing (the cigs etc.) the amnesia of scarcity sets in. Remembering how fortunate we are is the magic ticket. We have all heard many times that we often don't appreciate what we have until it's gone. Well this is an opportunity to apprciate all you have right now, especially when you have come so far in your quit. This is a wonderful way to interrupt the ego when it has a hold on you (nervous your not checking in enough), to intervene and simply start putting your attention on what you are greatful for. Your aha you had this morning shows that you did just that.
