Hello everyone.  I think Rock is right, it must have been a leap year or something because I thought my anniversary was tomorrow.  Thanks to all of you for the hand holding along the way and the wonderful friendships you have provided me.  I am happy as a clam (what does that mean even?) to have found this group to get me through.  I can't believe I actually made it to a year in all honesty, I didn't think that I would have made it for a month.    I know most of you are familiar with the struggles I went through, but now, for the most part I can say it is over.  My reward is the fact that I can even celebrate this day and spend it with good friends.  This journey was a very emotional ride for me, but now when I look back, the struggle was worth it, it's just hard to see that or recognize it during that time.

All of you, no matter where you are in your quit, or what you are experiencing, it is for a reason, a good reason.  Your freedom, your health and your self esteem.

On with another smoke free year.

Kelly
